Can you inherit the Rinnegan?
Rinnegan is never inherited.It is not the visual prowess which is hereditary like the Sharingan . Just like the Mangekyo Sharingan,it has to be earned.It is compatible when both the Sense and Uchiha chakra are blended,like the case of Obito.
