Is Lucifer worth watching?
It's definitely a fun show that will keep you entertained. That being said, if you're looking for the next Sopranos, this is not the show for you. Lucifer and sopranos are my two favorite shows ever.
Will Amenadiel become God?
While it is Lucifer who ultimately decides to challenge Michael's claim to the throne, another angel can be deemed deserving of the throne - Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside). In “A Little Harmless Stalking”, Amenadiel states that
he is the natural successor to God, as he was, after all, His esteemed Right Hand.

It was stolen by Renny in the episode
"Favorite Son" where Lucifer recovers the container with Chloe Decker's help, but his wings are already gone. Later, Lucifer figures out that Amenadiel was responsible for the theft.
