Android #17 is still alive in Dragon Ball Super, because he was wished back to life with the Dragon Balls, by Kuririn. It is also worth noting that he did die a second time when Majin Boo destroyed the Earth, but Dende asked Porunga to restore the Earth and all of the good inhabitants.
