Is Ryuk a real Shinigami?
Ryuk is
a Shinigami and the deuteragonist of the anime/manga series Death Note. He was the one who inadvertently gave Light Yagami the Death Note and instigated his killing spree. He is voiced by Nakamura Shido II in the Japanese version of the anime, and Brian Drummond in the English dubbed version.

couldn't be killed by light at any cost. The only way to kill a shinigami was if shinigami cared enough for a person and killed another person to save the one he really cared for.

when he write Light's name in the deathnote. actually its because rem liked misa and that ryuk had no feelings for light, and rem used the death note to prolong misa's life, while shinigami are supposed to shorten life.
Did Rem died in Death Note?
Rem dies to save Misa Light puts Misa in danger by making her continue to write names in the Death Note, leading Rem to be tricked into writing down Watari's name and L's real name in the notebook to kill them.
Is Rem in love with Subaru?

Rem loves Subaru and that Subaru rejected Rem as he loves Emilia, but they are still friends. The light novel makes it more obvious that they have feelings for each other and Arc's 4-6 take place after the events of the anime.
