In the English version of Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, he even shares the same voice as Obito's "
Tobi" persona. His nickname comes from Obito calling him Guruguru (グルグル, Guruguru), which is an onomatopoeia for turning round and round or going around in circles.
